Ray finished painting the dining room! YAY! I painted the hallway closets, which was very difficult in such a tight space!  We got our lighting fixture from home depot for the dining room and I LOVE it!  We also cleaned out all the kitchen cabinets.  I got a lot of laundry done, too!  It is so much more convenient when I don’t have to pay, or lug my laundry down 3 flights of stairs!  Today (after the Eagles game),Ray is going to paint the accent wall in the bedroom and I am going to start putting kitchen stuff away.  We can’t wait for our new bed and bed frame to arrive next weekend!  We are renting a truck to move the ‘big’ stuff from the apartment and we will officially be moved IN! Here are some pictures:

The dining room light fixture by Hampton Bay – light off, light on, so you can see the difference. This will look great over my grand parent’s dining room table! Here is a link to the product if you are looking for something like it! Hampton Bay Oron 3 Light Brushed Steel Island Light

These are the blinds in the family room that I cannot wait to get rid of! Thinking of curtains, but it will be hard to match with an area rug and this crazy tile!

Lots to do this week! I can’t wait to ‘move’ next weekend 🙂
